Day 2 – Attributes
Today we are going to take a look at the things you love about your body.
Exercise: List the 3-5 things you love about your body. Now, look in the mirror and say each of the 3-5 statements out loud to yourself.
Writing Assignment: After you have said the statements out loud to yourself now, we would like you to write about how you feel. Remember, you are the only one that is viewing this assignment, so it is important to be honest with yourself. The length of this assignment is up to you!
